Growing up in southern China, I learned Chinese traditional painting in both Xieyi and Goingbi styles during childhood. Before starting my art career, I had an educational background in Economics, English Literature, Art History, and business in China, the United States, and France. In 2020, I decided to pursue an art career, which has been my dream since childhood. I finished two years of study at the Classical Atelier of Gage Academy of Art in Seattle, and I am attending Aristides Atelier’s core program. I also studied at workshops of master artists such as Zhaoming Wu, Dennis Perrin, and Todd M. Casey. I hope to combine my Eastern traditional painting background with my knowledge of Western classical art to express myself through art creations.
